Custom Machine Design

Marsden Technologies designs small to medium-sized innovative manufacturing machines to meet the changing needs of today's manufacturers.  We also specialize in designing machinery modifications for existing equipment. Each custom machine design by Marsden Technologies is based off inventive concepts and new ideas. Whether the machine is intended to introduce a new product or alter an existing product on the line, our engineers have extensive machine design knowledge and apply fundamental engineering principles to the working machines we bring to life.

MTI machines are designed by engineers to function flawlessly and sustain operations far beyond startup. We understand that a machine matters most when it's turned on and working inside your plant and to ensure this level of success, a well-thought-out machine design is crucial.

Custom Machine Design Process

The machine design process begins with Front-End Engineering. Working under a mutually respected and agreed upon investment of time, capital, and intellect, we work with you to listen and fully understand exactly what it is you'd like to achieve with your machinery.  We share our experience and insight to meet all foreseeable requirements. Beginning in the design phase, we'll pinpoint opportunities for cost savings and incorporate new ideas for efficiency into the machine's design.

Throughout the custom machine design process we:

  • Listen to understand common goals and manufacturing objectives
  • Work with you to determine the project scope and all design-related aspects
  • Incorporate customized solutions into each machine's design where appropriate
  • Openly communicate key project milestones and dates
  • Evaluate and recommend different options for cost and time savings
  • Develop new ideas to ensure efficiency and sustained machine functionality

We know the meaningful questions to ask during the initial design phases so that we can gather enough information from you to deliver a detailed and accurate machine quotation and proposal.
